Return and Refund

Once you have placed an order with us and completed payment, we will normally process and ship your products within two business days. You will be able to cancel your order within 24 hours upon completion of payment, or before we ship your order in order to receive a full refund. To cancel your order, you could either email us or call us directly during our business hours. Your order is considered cancel only when you receive a cancel confirmation email from us.

Once your order has been delivered to you, we would not accept returns. We practice strict manufacturing and quality standards and we do our best to make sure the items that you ordered from us are free of defects. However, in cases where there is a defect in the product, or damaged occurred during shipment which is out of our control, we will be more than glad to send you replacement. We will replace all the necessary parts to make your product function fully according to its purpose should there be a defect or missing items.

In order to receive a replacement, please contact us through phone, email, or live chat support to let us know your situation within 14 days upon delivery. We are committed to your satisfactory and we will do our best to make sure you receive the best service. However, all the replacement has to be done when the plane is in its original condition. We cannot replace any part for you for free after 14 days upon your receipt of the item or if any work has been done on the plane. This means that it is very important for your to inspect the product within 14 days after you receive it and before you start working on the plane.

In cases where we have shipped the item, and you would like to cancel order. You could do so by contacting us though phone or email, as long as you have not received the item. However, you will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred for us to ship the item and also for the item to be returned to us. This means that we will give you a full refund minus all the shipping cost incurred due to the transit of product.

If you reject the product upon delivery, we will issue you a full refund minus any shipping cost incurred during transit of the product both to you and back to us.

Again, once you accept delivery of product, we will not accept return for refund
